5. Payments

  • Payments are processed securely through Kajabi Payments/Stripe.

  • By providing payment information, you agree that we may charge your method of payment for the price of the course.

  • The course is provided for educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice.

  • We make no guarantees about your results from applying the material.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Futurepedia LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

  • Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the course.

8. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your access to the course if you violate these Terms.

  • You may stop using the Services at any time, but payments are subject to our Refund Policy.

Refund Policy

2. Course Access and Refunds

  • If you have not accessed or completed a substantial portion of the course, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • If you have accessed a significant portion of the course (e.g., more than 25% of lessons), Futurepedia LLC reserves the right to decline the refund.

  • Refunds are not available if you have already downloaded certificates of completion.
